Actions E – Project management
The management structure of the LIFE ZEUS project is based on 3 internal bodies: the Coordinator (CHEMDOC), the Steering Committee (COPIL), which will bring together all the partners every 6 months, and the Operational Committee (COMOP), which will bring together those responsible for actions/tasks and technical staff every month.
